Buttermilk Pie
Beat until light and lemon colored
3 eggs
\frac{3}{4}
sugar
Add
3 Tb flour
, beat again (a little)
Add rest of ingredients:
3 Tb melted butter
1\frac{1}{2}
C buttermilk
\frac{3}{4}
tsp vanilla extract
3 Tb lemon juice
grated rind of
one lemon
Pour into
baked pie crust (9” = 22 cm)
Cook in 375° F (190° C) oven 20-30 minutes, until just set.
