Turkey leg -- roasted

For about 2 kg of turkey leg (one or two, depending on size).

  1. Prepare coating:
    • \frac{1}{4} tsp Rosemary
    • \frac{1}{2}-1 clove garlic
    • 1\frac{1}{4} tsp Soy Sauce
    • \frac{1}{4} C prepared mustard (Dijon)
  2. Beat in by droplets to make thick, mayonnaise-like sauce:
    • 2 Tb olive oil
  3. Place coated turkey pieces in greased large shallow baking dish.
  4. Cover with foil.
  5. Bake 1 hour at 350° F (175° C).
  6. Remove foil, bake 30 minutes longer.
  7. Let stand 10 minutes (to finish cooking and collect its juices) before carving.
